Canceling Your Membership

We hate to see you go, but we totally understand. We've made canceling your membership very easy.

If you are subscribed directly through our membership website:

1. Go to your Dashboard at www.betterstretching.com

2. Click on Billing

3. Select Change Plan

4. Click on Cancel Membership

If you are subscribed through the app and pay through a third party:

You can cancel your subscription in the subscription management area of whichever third-party your in-app subscription is through (Apple or Google Play Store). 

You will NOT see an option to cancel on your Dashboard on the membership website if you are subscribed through the app.

Please note, we do not have any control over in-app purchases. When you subscribe directly through the app, your subscription and payment information is with one of these third-parties, we are not able to cancel it for you or issue any refunds. You can contact the App Store, Play Store for a refund if needed. It is at their discretion if a refund is issued. We recommend that you make any changes to your subscription plan at least 24 hours before it is set to renew.
